We use this time as a reminder to celebrate and focus on initiatives and joint actions that support investment in women, elevate programs to end poverty, and lift up the voices of change-makers who advocate for equity and equality for all.

Here are a couple of recent ACI highlights we’d like to share and celebrate:

Creating Global Impact

In late 2023, Anese Cavanaugh (our founder and CEO) traveled to South Africa with Virgin Unite and Sir Richard Branson where they spent seven days doing social impact visits, discussing global leadership issues, and going on safari. We’re continuing our work in 2024, supporting female leaders and creating a global impact through healthy organizational and leadership eco-systems.

Leading Insights on the Energy of Workplace Culture 

Last month, Anese had the privilege of doing a special 2-part keynote for a private executive roundtable session in Miami, sharing future-focused insights around the relationship between workforce energy and engagement, the role of senior leadership in sponsoring and cultivating workplace cultures for positive impact, and how to create culture change immediately (vs. waiting for your next initiative).

Highlights included the three “blindspots” organizations have today around creating sustainable culture change and innovation, the latest data about the true cost of culture and unintentional energy in an organization, and using the IEP Method® as a group to change culture and create impact in the room immediately.

The combination of kicking off the session in the morning and then keynoting in the afternoon reportedly netted a new level of impact in presence, energy, and intention for the day's event.

Supporting West-Coast Educators

Last week, Anese inspired 300 administrators, educators, and support staff in an experiential keynote for the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) at the Differentiated Assistance Symposium. It was an incredible group of humans and leaders who are doing big work in education, and Anese was honored to share the space and offer teaching and insights around the IEP Method®️, the new ABC’s of Leadership, 3 big opportunities we have now to create true sustainable culture change (in any industry), and an exclusive The Leader You Will Be spoken-word performance.
