Your intention can be as big as your life or your business, or as small as a team meeting, an interaction with your child, or a project you're working on.

Taking 5 minutes to check in before you dive in can be the difference between chaos and grace.

Heading into a meeting, a conversation, or a meal with your boss, your team, or your kid? Here are three quick and dirty things you must do to make that meeting not only productive, but enjoyable as well.

You have something you really want to do in your organization. Or with your partner. Or in your life.

But there's a quiet fear that they just aren't going to go for it.

When I walk into a room to work with a group, I can usually tell within the first 5 to 10 minutes how solid the outcomes will be, and how tangible we'll be able to make them, simply by how people are showing up in that room. (Truth be told I get a sense of this way before the meeting just in the way the hosts set intentions and plan for it.)
